Want To Join Me On Twitter?

I have recently took the plunge and created my own personal twitter account which can be found at http://twitter.com/JonRhodesUK After an hour or two I think I've more or less got the hang of it. Twitter doesn't seem too dissimilar to Facebook status updates to me, just small bite sized chunks of information. Since I have just joined I don't have many followers as of yet, but hopefully that will all change soon. If you fancy following me and want me to follow you back, simply add me and send me a message saying you are from the FreeHypnosisTreatment (or FHT) blog, because I don't just add anybody you know!

You will then be privy to some of my thoughts and plans, and any great resources and information I may find. I may also throw in the odd motivational quote that I find. Today I have been working on a very exciting new product that could cause a bit of a stir. I am currently in the testing phase, and the results already look mind blowing. I will Tweet you about it really soon! In the very near future there could also be privy to some exclusive giveaways to my Twitter followers in the very near future, so add me now! (; )

My brother and business partner also has a Twitter account that you may also be interested in following. It can be found at http://twitter.com/HypnoBusters It contains a wide variety of hypnosis information, such as latest plans, articles, products, and some great motivational quotes. Just like me, he won't bombard you with thousands of crazy offers for products you will never want!

So if you haven't used Twitter before, take the plunge and give it a go. If you experience any difficulties, then feel free to ask questions in the comments below, and I will try to answer them as best as I can. If you are already a member, then please consider adding us so we are not tweeting alone! Hope to hear from you soon.

Want to Learn More About Hypnosis?

We realise that there is an almost overwhelming amount of information about hypnosis on Free Hypnosis Treatment, HypnoBusters and indeed all around the internet. With that sort of volume it can be hard to know where to begin. That is why we’ve created a brand new Squidoo lens with everything you need to know about hypnosis. A lens is a one page website which means this really is a one stop shop for anyone looking for accurate to-the-point information on hypnosis.

There are several short articles there including What is Hypnosis?, Is Hypnosis Dangerous and A Self Hypnosis Exercise. There’s also a whole bunch of great, handpicked videos from YouTube including full hypnosis sessions as well as hypnotherapists discussing the subject. If that wasn’t enough we’ve also taken the best syndicated content so the page will regularly update with news, articles, videos and links to free hypnosis mp3s. Visit the link below to see for yourself. Bookmark it and keep checking back because as I said above the content will be updated often.

Feel free to leave us a comment either here or on Squidoo. I hope the page helps you to learn more about hypnosis and gives you the impetus to try it for yourself if you haven’t already done so.

Hypnosis And Stress

Check out this cctv footage (below) of a man smashing up his office computer. Most of us have felt like this at times, but usually we manage to control it. However occasionally too much stress can cause us to tip over and do things that we later regret.

We need to look after and manage our stress levels just as much as we need to look after and manage our diet and exercise levels. Excessive stress can cause many physical and psychological health complaints, and can make us snappy and irritable with those around us.

Hypnosis is great for helping relieve stress. We can take 'time out' and allow our mind and body to slow down for a while, and it can teach us how to relax. It's amazing how many people do not really know how to relax! Check out our fantastic hypnosis session that is over 19 minutes long, entitled Swimming With Dolphins.
