Take Two Minutes Out

My my, we have been very busy of late! We have just created yet another hypnosis video. This time we tried something different, and are very pleased with the results. We have created a quick 2 minute video that aims to provide around 30 minutes worth of relaxation in just two minutes. Now that is time efficient!

We have achieved this effect by using a relaxing soundtrack with audio suggestions of relaxation, enhanced by further subliminal audio suggestions of relaxation. This is again enhanced by visual suggestions, all expertly (even if I do say so myself!) blended to give the ultimate efficient relaxing session.

So if you are working hard, you can take a quick 2 minute break at several intervals during the day, and feel completely rested and refreshed. This will seriously help your mental state, and increase both the quality and quantity of your work.
