How To Lose Weight With Hypnosis


Unfortunately you cannot actually lose weight with hypnosis. You may see adverts for certain products promising miraculous weight loss. However as with everything , hypnotherapy follows the laws of the universe. This means that with or without hypnosis, you cannot lose weight unless you burn off more calories than you eat. This also implies that you cannot put weight on without eating more calories than you burn off. Think about this...it has to be true.

This way of thinking will greatly help you in your mission to lose weight. It will help you become more honest with yourself.

How can hypnotherapy help then?

Well it can help us change our habits. Our habits are driven by or unconscious minds. Hypnosis can tap into this and help persuade your unconscious self to eat less, exercise more...almost anything (as long as you are in agreement to it).

It can also help deal with problems surrounding weight gain. A person may for instance had a bad relationship in the past and be unconsciously putting weight on to avoid attracting further 'bad' relationships.

So really it is down to you, but hypnotherapy can give you that edge that can make the difference between success and failure.
