Hypnosis And Stress
Check out this cctv footage (below) of a man smashing up his office computer. Most of us have felt like this at times, but usually we manage to control it. However occasionally too much stress can cause us to tip over and do things that we later regret.
We need to look after and manage our stress levels just as much as we need to look after and manage our diet and exercise levels. Excessive stress can cause many physical and psychological health complaints, and can make us snappy and irritable with those around us.
Hypnosis is great for helping relieve stress. We can take 'time out' and allow our mind and body to slow down for a while, and it can teach us how to relax.
