It is almost 12 months since we launched our free hypnosis site. On the 2 Feb we will have been running for exactly 12 months. I have just completed a relaxation video, which I will post on 2nd Feb. It is simple, but very effective - at least I think so!!! Hopefully with your continued support, I will be able to fund making some more amitious relaxation videos in the future.
In the meantime, here is a nice slow relaxing video that I found on YouTube. Well worth 10 minutes of your time...
