I have tried your free hypnosis downloads twice. The first one,"loneliness", traumatized me, by suggesting that I be more open to having friends; when I really just wanted to feel more independent/self-reliant. The second one, "happiness", caused me to vomit during the session, because I felt painfully scarred by the thought of warm, happy light. I resist your suggestion; I choose to be sad.
