Quit Smoking Session

At long last I am pleased to announce that the much anticipated smoking hypnosis session is on the site!! Click here to access the free hypnosis smoking treatment.

In order to effectively give up smoking you should first ensure that you are ready to do so. You could have other problems in your life that prevent you from having the strength to give up. There is a questionnaire that asks you lots of things about your habit. This should help put things into perspective. I would recommend that people first listen to the ego boost audio session in order to help strengthen yourself emotionally. Do not listen to the smoking session until you are sure you are ready to quit. You must be prepared in your mind to be a non smoker once you have listened to the session - it must start here.

You can listen to this session as often as you like - it is a good idea to listen to it daily at first. You could alternate it with the generic addictions session if you liked.

Try to regularly appreciate all the good things that will happen to you because you are a now a non smoker. Your health will improve in many ways over time (click here for more details), and you will be better off financially. Here is an article that details all the health benefits of quitting smoking.

Anyway give it your best shot. If you ever fall off the wagon, then consider it a temporary thing and get right back on track. It's not always easy, but it can be done.

The most interesting thing in smoking and nicotine addiction is smokers' lack of understanding uselessness of smoking. Smoker thinks that he needs smoking for some reason. To relax. To concentrate/focus on something important. To feel balanced.

When smoker understands that he doesn't need smoking, he will going to be non-smoker soon. Just because he does need this useless smoking no more.

Very true! Many smokers say they need it to relax. However the reality is that it speeds up the hearth rate and blood pressure - things that are not related to relaxing!

A cigarette does however give the person 'time out' for a few minutes. So if you are going to give up smoking, you may want to replace these cigarette time outs with other forms of time outs.

A cigarette also makes you take in deep breaths - a thing that again can help relax you. You can replace this by doing breathing exercises. You can even just take in 5 to 10 slow deep breaths whenever you get a craving. You'll be amazed how much this actually works.

Smoking is one of the powerful addictions, which can lead to death. Small percentage of reduction in smoking is beneficial for the health. Even with the well-known heart, blood pressure, and cancer risks can be avoid by quitting smoking as early as possible. Many smokers try to quit smoking but they are so much addicted to it they fails to quit smoking.
